Located in the heart of a rocky desert, 150 kilometers from Casablanca towards Marrakech, our farm stands out. We removed over 480,000 cubic meters of stones and built a 6-kilometer-long, 1.5-meter-high, and 1-meter-deep wall by hand. This effort ensured the optimal agronomic characteristics for our olive trees, resulting in the best olive production.
